April 1st, 2016

April has brought the signs of spring--the new flowers, new leaves on the trees, and birds singing. We love living in the south where spring is already here. For all of you that are still in cold weather, hold on! As a special this month, we are going to send you some of our warm weather!

April 15th is the last day to file your taxes. We would like to see some changes in our tax structure. To read more about the fair tax we suggest that you read the interview with Congressman John Linder
Follow that up with his article The Principles of The Fair Tax
We believe that it is time to find a better system than what is currently being used.

The photo/graphics section is coming along nicely. We have added a lot of great pages in this section for you to enjoy and share with your friends. Here is a link to the Photo Index Page

Some humor to start the month off right.

    Fishers For Men

A young boy arrived to Sunday School class late. His teacher knew that the boy was usually very prompt and asked him if anything was wrong.
The boy replied no, that he was going to go fishing but his dad told him that he needed to go to church instead.
The teacher was very impressed and asked the boy if his father had explained to him why it was more important to go to church than to go fishing.

To which the boy replied, "Yes he did. My dad said that he didn't have enough bait for both of us."
