College Football season has kicked off with fans cheering for their favorite team, we hope the one that you are cheering for will be a winner all season. We need to remember that these are young men and mistakes will be made. Coaches will call plays that fail. Referees will make bad calls. Even though it will be agonizing to watch some of this madness in a few short months we will once again be looking forward to the next season.
September is one of the warmest months in the Southern United States. Northern states have warm September days, but the nights get much cooler. It is also harvest time for crops. And, in Switzerland, it's called Harvest Month.
Five Jewish holidays are celebrated in September or early October. They are Rosh Ha-Shanah, or New Year; Tzom Gedaliah, a fast day; Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement; Sukkot, the Feast of Tabernacles; and Simhat Torah, a day of rejoicing.
On September 17th, both Citizenship Day and Consititution Day are observed in the United States.
September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and its time to raise more awareness and give everyone ideas on how they can help the fight for better cures

Labor Day is declared a US national holiday by Congress, 1894 celebrated the first Monday of the month.
As we head into September and the children are all back in school our focus turns towards there schedules, getting them to and from school. Making sure they have all of their homework completed, the after school sports. We want our children to get the best education that they can. With that in mind we have linked to some great articles.
