Give us this day our daily bread... We take for granted a simple slice of bread, it's there we grab it and make a our favorite sandwich with it. Have you taken a moment to think about the process needed just to get that slice of bread.

The farmers plant the wheat, harvest the grain, send it to the grain mills. They make it into flour, ship it to the bakery where they make our bread.

Just a simple slice of bread, yet so many steps and people involved in the completion of the process. The next time you have a piece of toast or make a sandwich say a little thank you to all those who have made it possible.
