Memorial Day

There have been numerous occupations, invasion, Indian wars, revolutions and crisis that have involved the American Military.

Since 1775 to present day 1.321,612 have given their lives for this country. 1,531,036 have been wounded and 38,159 are missing.

Today we pause to remember and honor those who fought for our freedom...To all the war hero's, those who never made it back to their families and to the families that never got to see their loved ones again we humbly say


Today In History

1930 The 1,046-foot (319-meter) Chrysler Building in New York City, the tallest man-made structure at the time, opens to the public.

1937 Golden Gate Bridge, SF, dedicated.

1942  Dorie Miller, awarded navy cross for deeds at Pearl Harbor.

1958 The F-4 Phantom II first flight.

1988 Senate ratified a treaty eliminating medium-range nuclear missiles.
