Healthy - Shiny hair

by Marcia
(Redmond, Wa USA)

When I was a girl it was a common practice to do a final rinse to our hair. We would use about two cups of tepid water and add a tablespoon of cider vinegar. Pour through the hair and gently massage into our scalp. The vinegar removes any hair spray build up or shampoo residue leaving the hair shiny and squeaky clean. You may prefer to then use a mild conditioner if you have dry hair. Your hair will come to life as will your scalp due to the return of the natural PH due to the vinegar. Oh yes, there was and is never a vinegar odor. It always disappears.
