Dont ever take life for granted. u should always and I do mean always watch ur sugar intake and fat intake. just because the label says sugar free doesnt mean its not fatty. If ur obese and u have the disease then please watch it very closely. I know a diet can be hard but instead of dieting just start reading labels on packages, don't eat anything prepared already and by all means stay away from anything white. like white pasta, white bread and white rice. And if ur gonna eat fruit stay away from bananas and cantalope. they might have natural sugar but its a fatening sugar and those two pieces of fruit are the worst.
