Resignation from Life
Immortal beings of purgatory,
life is but an ashen face
filled with hatred love and glory,
an insignificant place.
Our world is like a piece of paper,
one little tear can do so much harm
incognito from people's biding,
rougher than a dragon's palm.
unanimous on all thats evil,
common conspired accidents
children chanting,mansions burning,
manors stripped of their garments.
To escape for just one day,
a vacation from our problems so
every person would be turning,
to give these glorious hours a go.
Upon a ship of everlasting,
relaxation,leisure,play
a magical life's experience,
on this magical day.
A privilege in passing,
an honor of the age
individuals all laughing,
demons in catastrophic rage.
The silver jubilee of hours
are all in the past,
our fling away from life
the pensions are a blast.
A bloody pool right beside me,
people in gallant disarray.
I'm back one earth's cruel surface,
I'm still an actor in this play.
